We stand behind our products. If there are defects or errors on our part, we’ll replace the item at no cost. However, we do not accept returns for user errors, such as selecting the wrong size, design, or color.
Refunds (if applicable)
If your product is flawed, has poor print quality, or differs from what was shown on our site, email us at info@khanhnguyen.beauty with a photo of the item. We’ll review your claim and, if approved, arrange a free replacement. For other inquiries, we’ll provide a return address if needed. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Refunds may take 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Unauthorized returns or items that are washed, worn, or damaged won’t be refunded.
